Welcome to JewelsRay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jewelsray.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Us

JewelsRay is a jewelry brand operated under our store Luxoela. We sell women's jewelry — including sterling silver and moissanite pieces — through this Site and through our official stores on Indonesian e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia and Shopee.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site;
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy content without our written permission;
• Impersonate another person or provide false information when placing an order.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However:

• Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen;
• All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise;
• Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice;
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an obviously incorrect price, in which case any payment made will be refunded.

5. Orders & Payment

When you place an order on the Site, it constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation.

• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or bank credentials on our servers;
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information;
• We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund;
• Promotional codes and coupons are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Indonesia using reputable courier services. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping address you provided. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@jewelsray.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging;
• For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if defective;
• Orders placed through Tokopedia or Shopee follow the return policies of those platforms.

8. Product Care

Jewelry is delicate by nature. Natural tarnishing of silver, wear from daily use, or damage caused by improper care (such as exposure to perfume, chlorine, or seawater) is not considered a defect. Care guidance is available on our Journal.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the JewelsRay and Luxoela names and logos, product photography, text, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Links & Platforms

The Site contains links to third-party platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Instagram, and TikTok. These platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and our total liability arising from your use of the Site or any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws in Indonesia.
